30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy
Any new and unused product purchased from E-Dash may be returned in its original unopened packaging within 30 days after its original delivery date.
Products being returned must meet the following conditions:

Have not been used and arrive to us in the same condition as they were sent to you

The return request is sent to us via support@edashmobility.com
Please be aware that products returned to E-Dash Mobility for non-defective reasons will be charged a the resulting shipping costs. Should products be returned to us without prior confirmation from us of the return, then it will be rejected at the customer’s cost.
E-Dash will issue a refund as soon as the product is received and has been checked by our warehouse. Please be aware that it could take a few business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
How do I return my order?
We want you to love your scooter or bike, but we understand that sometimes things change. If you wish to return your order, contact our customer care team at support@edashmobility.com and send us the following information:

Clear photos and videos of the product condition
Once we have received these, we will arrange a shipping label for you to print and stick on your scooter. After the product is received and checked by us, we will issue you a refund.
What if my product arrives damaged?
In very rare cases, the product may be damaged in transit. In such a scenario, please contact support@edashmobility.com with clear photos and videos of the issue within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please be advised that we may reject any claims made after 7 days.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not already been dispatched to you. To cancel your order, please email support@edashmobility.com having ‘URGENT’ and your Order Confirmation Number in the email subject field. Followed by your request to cancel in the email text.
